Supposed to be in the lower 50s today but evidently it’s not in a hurry. Quite a bit windy so it felt like 20
Good solid run though. Legs are pretty fatigued but managed a good 2nd half, tried to lift that stride up a little. Cadence suffered a little at 170 at HR was 159
