Solid morning, solid run. First double digit since the Pittsburgh race in early December. Had some tougher miles in 5-7 which were gradual uphills then had a really great last 3 miles. Even got into z2 on both the 9th and 10th miles. After 5 miles I did a strong 1/4 end of miles, starting at 9:30 paces and sub 8 by end. Really good run.
