Proud of this one in the cold.
Planned my normal 6.5 or maybe 7 but felt awful after 2 miles leg wise, they were just drained.
Finally hit a groove after 3 miles and then took it to 8 miles instead. Ended up pretty tired the last 2 miles without much push but kept it consistent.
HR was 165 but most hovered around 170, not sure why in the cold.
