Legs are feeling it after this one. 4 solid runs in a row. If I’m doing this 5k on Sunday I need to take it easy. Probably a 2ish light miler either Friday or Saturday.
Did some faster boosts throughout, at least 5. Great running weather. Cadence seemed better but was 172 and HR 157 max 176
