Interesting run. Temps have dropped again and I planned a slow and steady one with a focus on cadence early. First mile followed that but without feeling like I pushed the rest went really well
Unique route too, lap in vineyards then down the hill on Garfield then 2 loops around rt 20 up the high school. Figured out that was about 0.6 miles each. Even stopped for a second to pick up a baseball ha
So got some hill and HR was 158 max 175 and cadence was an amazing 177!
