First one in 3 days, that’s right knee IT band issue is getting worse so took it easy, the run seemed fine. Stairs, not so much.
Went a loop through vineyards to keep me off the pavement a little longer, I’ll try anything right now
May do a 5k Saturday to keep the miles down
