There we go! Always seem to do better after a warmup run.

Felt pretty tired at first but added some minute increases here and there and then decided to work on that segment and ended up CRUSHING it. Best it by 23 seconds at 4:40 which put me at 5th overall up a couple of spots.

Definitely was losing a little at the end but did great. Did stop after for a quick 30 second breath before the last 0.3 home
