Oh yea!!!
Finally exercised this demon. Chris convinced me to do this race exactly 6 years since my first half. Which was around 2:38
We ran the first 10 miles together. Extremely smart start, I was determined to start around 9:30 and we were around there after 3 and then gradually lowered the time. The hammy held up quite well, I tried KT tape for the first time, not sure if it helped but it did well
It got hot quickly, the king stretch from 5-10ish was tough. Chris started cramping around 10 and we separated bc I felt quite good
Never would have guessed I’d have a 2:01 at this race, super proud!
