Recovery run. Legs feel decent considering, obviously tired and sore esp in the thighs. Got a massage after the race which I’m sure helped the calves immensely.
Had to drive home too, haven’t really moved a whole lot since yesterday morning except a quick trip into the Strip on the way home. Took it easy, this was hot and tiring ha
Didn’t do the warmup today, just eased into it
