Am I back?? Thought I’d give it a shot at the track for a softer surface. Walked 2 laps then was off, this went way better than I thought. The ankle is certainly sore but stayed consistent and not painful. Did 5 laps, walked a lap and then did 3 more. No pushing for awhile, just happy to get one in. Yay!! Can’t believe its been over 2 months.
