Notes

Ran more intervals today on treadmill, most 3 slower, 3 faster. Started with 5.7/6.5 then would bump up 5.8/6.7 etc

Ended up running last half mile at 7.1 through 8 without walking, impressive. While overall pace is nothing crazy, it was a good experiment and I did well
