Notes

Week 4 day 3, finished another week of the recovery plan. Harborcreek track was locked, which is ridiculous on a summer Saturday - 5 other runners felt that rejection when I pulled in. Next Iroquois, covered in tractors and dirt piles. Thus I ended up at Behrend. This went well though I just had to watch the rest of the Olympic track events so it was quite hit by the time I started. Felt pretty sore by the end.

Did well though despite HR too high. Finished a little extra to hit the full 5k
