tough, tough~! cannot do well on long runs w/o proper rest/prep!! went out too late(too hot), went out too fast, didn't take proper support nutrition ~ feeling dehydrated, although I drank 3 bottles of water along the trail!! Garmin had storage problems @ mile 6- stopped recording distance but the clock apparently kept running, due to full database - had to delete old files but still shows, inaccurately a 15 min mile...stats modified by Dougs watch
