feet pretty sore still from Friday's events..walked most of the last 3 miles....may be time for new shoes! HR consistently low 1st 8 miles...as the day heated up so did the heart rate! fuel & hydration seemed to be more on track...started out w/.5 Luna bar to start & bottle of Luna mix...gel @ mile 3, Lara mini @ mile 5.5, some sport beans (1/2 pack) @ mile 7.5, Lara mini @ mile 10 + refilled water bottle w/water...banana & G2 @ end...
