Gus at 5, 9, 14, 18, 21 and wish I had one for 24. Took water at each stop except one. Took gatorade and it gave my stomach some fits. Had peanut butter sandwich at 5:30. bananna at 6:00 and another bananna at 7:30. GU at 8:15.

Great Course. Was in the shade for the most part. Hill at the end caused me problems but I think if I had taken one more GU then it might not have. At that point I was starting to feel hot and tired. If I hit a wall it was at mile 25 going up that hill.
