Ran strictly for Race Pace. Was worried about pacing during miles 2 - 4 because of hamstring and calfs were a little unhappy but after that things just started to click and get easier. Maybe a bigger warmup next time or start out a little slower. All in all very happy with the time and the fact that this was not an all out effort. I still had some in the tank at the end of this race.
