Notes

Started at 6.2 as a warm up and then when I got to .5 a mile I turned it up to 6.5. Every .1 of a mile I turned it up until I got up to 2 miles and 8.0. Then I went every .2 miles I would turn it up. Got up to mile 3.9 and 9.0 which is a 6:33 speed. Not bad for the end of 10 miles.
