Notes

Nice-added an extra hill into the run. Not bad-hip hasn't hurt. It was hurting a couple days over the weekend & yesterday. Feelin' good. Need to get a core workout in if I can.

not as fast as a couple of days ago, but I need to enter something else other than "easy" because I did that already today. BLAH.
