Notes
No real ITB pain, just a bit of an annoyance. Stopped as I passed by my car on the second loop because I was out of water and just starting to cramp a bit. Made it past that 15 mile barrier that's been bugging me for weeks. This is after skiing all day yesterday at Telefest, then driving 3 hours this morning, not ideal. Next really long run I'll be a bit less stressed and a bit more hydrated.
Now for stretching, ice, and some vitamin I.
