Ran reallyl fast by myself and felt good after a while. I really focused on pushing my hips forward and had to let my belly lose in order to get in all the air I needed to run quickly. After 35 minutes I met up with Allison and we ran together for anouther 25 minutes at a slower pace, but it was good!! I like running with people and she made me excited to start running with xc girls again.
