15 Minutes of warmup, 6xHill + loop behind the Catholic Center, and then to the 1000 m loop, around the loop for cooldown. Felt tired on warmup but was alright in the workout. I had 9 hours of sleep last night. My stomach still is feeling weird in the morning... not sure why.
