Notes
I had about 7 hours of sleep last night. Felt really good on the run, it was easy to run today, but my legs are still sore. I noticed that I always run faster on Wednesdays, and I think it's cause I'm not on my feet for 8 hours and instead am sitting at a desk all day. Don't know how fast I was running, but I went further than I did yesterday in the same time.
