I really don't know how fast I was going. I felt tired-ish in the beginning, or at least like I was running weird. I probably should have stopped and stretched at some point but I didn't. I just kept running. It was really pretty along the river and there were so many runners out there!
Had eaten like 6 Principe cookies before I ran and 2 pieces of the Nestle Chocolate bar. That could explain why I didn't run well.
