I'm so tired of my legs constantly feeling tired throughout the day. I know I'm getting plenty of food in my body and eating full meals plus some - so that's not the problem. I have been super stressed out a lot and so I wonder if that's having an impact on how I run. Cause Monday when I didn't work and I was happy all day long I had a fantastic run that night. I had 9 hours of sleep last night and didn't work, but my legs just felt horrible for the first 25 minutes. I do stretch after about 10-15 minutes each day but that still doesn't do a whole lot. My run back home was a lot better than the run out though.
