It doesn't seem right that I ran that fast but I know I added at least 1.4 miles onto a 5.5 mile loops so I guess that's right. Maybe that's why my legs are still so tired, I'm running faster than I think I am. I don't know though, something just doesn't seem right. Anyway, I had about 8 hours of sleep last night, felt alright on the run.
