What a great run. Everything was great about it. I know I was working up the mountain the entire time and I felt like on the way down and on the flat surfaces that my form was a lot better! I did a great core workout - hip-leg raises for each leg/each side, side raises/holds, deadbug, bike hold and then fast bike, elbow-knee prone thing, bridge-raises, 2x12 sit ups with both leg raises.
