felt great during this race. time is not spectacular by any means, but it was the best i've felt while running in a long time. sat back in 7th or 8th for the first couple laps then just started picking people off. ended up in 4th. had a strong finish, but nobody close behind or in front. i think 3rd was around 2:39.
