Friday workout with Marty. Warmed up 33 mins then went into the tempo. Goal was 20-30 mins at LT effort (no way to gauge pace today, but I was hoping to average in the low 5:20s for that portion). Ended up breaking it up slightly because of toilets and traffic. Went 12:30, took a ~2 min stop, 7 mins, <1 min stop, 5:30. Felt decent other than my digestive system. Cooled down around 3.
