with that dog again. Canal - further down this time, where I used to go kayaking. Saw Angus on the towpath (pupil, Year 9?, not the Wheelers' dog) who looked suitably embarrassed, with his mum. Pretty quick for some of this. It is one of the nicest sections of the canal.
