Set Run. 11th. W was in 3rd but quite a major nosebleed stopped him, and I overtook him on the prison track while he stopped. T just a couple of places behind. Matt Knowles 1st, Danny Lusardi 2nd, Lukas Eichs 3rd. Patrick Bishop just beat me. Doug Love and David Yates ahead of me. I actually quite enjoyed it, despite extreme tiredness and utter lack of recent training.
