Parked at Galgate w Tilly: up the canal towards Lancaster, as far as Bridge 93 (the tiny road / farm bridge between the Ashton Road and the drumlin) and back. Very wet and muddy, very slow. Oh, and a very disobedient dog who gained confidence as the run went on and eventually disappeared completely into the farmer's fields. Thankfully sheep-free, apart from one dead one we saw floating in the canal. Tilly was not responsible for that, you understand.
