Loughrigg fell race (330 ascent) w T: beautiful weather. Made the mistake of sprinting for the bridge at the start - there wasn't much left after that! Hard work and never really into the running all the way up; descent was good in parts, but nothing better than that. I notice that I was 4 minutes quicker 10 years ago! T did well, also quite enjoyed it, but not the descent with less fit runners flying past!
