Clough Head fell race - shortened race due to Storm Malik (high winds - not really raining), so much less elevation than planned - which probably suited me fine! 383m ascent. 55th/180. Standard course has at least 225m more climbing.
A bit frustrating because I think I undercooked the climb, walked sections because the people near me were walking, could have been a minute or more quicker on the way up (perhaps). A bit too cautious. Heart rate (according to Coros) was only 120-130 going up, but much higher on the descent. Struggled on the steeper descent sections, but zipped at 5:30 m/m pace for the final 0.7 of a mile!
