back in frigid illinois. far and away the coldest run yet this winter. ran with andrew and sam for the first part, doing a couple miles at a rather slow pace. they stopped at the house, i did an extra three and a bit at a more legitimate pace. very cold, but wore sufficient clothes. nice to have the extra oxygen, hopefully i can do some serious mileage whilst at home.
