with rooney. super cold yet again. went down into river run over a bit, back up to ashbury and then down past rooney's before heading home. first half was definitely sub 7 pace, second half was slower. intestinal issues, i think due to tuna sub for lunch a few hours before. xmas tree outing today sucked, decent run though. some quality miles. more tomorrow.
