another slow fast slow three mile at arc. put more emphasis on the fast this time. went (roughly) 6:50, 5:45, 7:45. worked hard to get the fast mile while other miles were more relaxed. actually kind of surprised how quickly i recover from hard aerobic strain despite low mileage. did lifting/core, 15min biking beforehand with stretching and stability work afterward. not a bad workout, but still not feeling excited about running. at least it was indoors... blowing snow and 10F outside.
