run with professor kummerow in fort collins at ~5000ft. wasn't expecting it, but he was game for a run and so we went. went north from edward's house and then along poudre river path to taft road and then turned back. definitely came back faster than we went out, by a minute or so. due to a bit of a cold and the altitude i was working a bit to go 8min pace, but was still mostly comfortable. good trip and glad i had a chance to try running at altitude. too bad i'm a bit on the ill side.
