with rooney, joe, dan. met at path, went south, through river run, around snapjack, past the school, along easy circle, back on wagner and conan doyle. nothing too fancy, pace was relaxed, another solid medium-length run. could've gone longer, but i'm keeping an eye on swelling in my knee. probably should've run yesterday but didn't feel like it after a trip to the city.
