with rooney. went to meet at path, up gateshead, up modaff, turned and looped back on cedarbrook, back on newport and gateshead. not as fast as sunday's run, but a bit longer and more relaxed. hopefully legs respond well and upping the mileage goes smoothly. more cold weather but getting used to it as well as weekly mileage. nice start to the week.
