time is estimate due to messing up watch. very warm today- abundant sunshine, bit of a breeze, body completely not used to such conditions, as nice as they are. went down first, along stadium and hessel, stopped to stretch because left inside knee was bothering me again, up new, back via john, 1st, university. wanted to do 40 or so but heat and knee prevented that. got really tired at the end, probably from heat and body not being used to anything over a half hour. still, a solid run on a day when i have lots to do.
