tried to keep it easy and relaxed. felt okay, just out of rhythm for most of it. last mile or so knee started to bother me again. don't know why it's giving me trouble... just took two days off and haven't been straining it whatsoever apart from infrequent, short bike rides. maybe i'll go to arc tomorrow.
