by far longest run yet. route is saved on map. went out green, down crescent. meant to take galen and other roads south of windsor, but missed street. so went from mattis all the way to philo. back along mchenry, up anderson, then vine then broadway. along kerr, up eastern, back on country club, sunset, lincoln, university. felt good through first hour, then shoulder cramp. strong wind from southwest, so went quickly along windsor and up anderson. started to get tired in downtown urbana. hardest part of run was going along country club. wind strong in the face, had to go up the hill. once on lincoln, national anthem came on and so did adrenaline. was 7.15 pace through most of run, last bit must've been a tad slower. listened to all of in the aeroplane, most of earls court. not too shabby. shorts and t-shirt in early feb.
