easy day. a bit sore from yesterday's exertion. felt pretty good and quick in beginning then slowed down to an easy clip. went to green, down randolph, along hessel to prospect and back the same way. waved to a little kid. warmest day in a good wee while, felt good wearing less clothing. biggest mileage week so far.
