back in the old forest... except the forest's been ruined! half the woodloop has been torn up and is going to be paved for a bike path! terrible shame. did standard 411, 911, finish woodloop. a wee bit muddy, but only just. lovely weather for mid-november. felt alright, never too pushed... could've gone longer but i want to keep running consecutive days. gotta prepare for the trot.
