good run. left as night was falling. went out conan doyle, along path, up past neuqua, up skylane, along leverenz, down willowbrook road and in. felt good, so i took a slightly longer route than planned. pace and time are estimated but probably close. wasn't pushing- tried to stay aerobic- but probably kept up a good honest pace. lovely night to run. a couple stops hampered the continuity but likely boosted average pace.
