a run back home with the brothers. along to the forest, both 911 loops, out along the woodloop trail. I led most of the time in the forest and kept it honest, though not fast with the slightly slippery frozen mud trails. the way back was sub 7 for the mean, with the last half being sub 6. felt good kicking from a longer run, especially with extra oxygen. always good to have some running company.
