some black joe lewis. figured i'd go about 4 or maybe 5 if i felt good. didn't feel very good. only felt the knee at one point. legs and body just tired. no spring in step. rambled a bit, ended up running alongside crystal lake park and then back along university. tried to run on grass at times. miles on the legs, repeating days. hoping to do 7 or so at some point this week or weekend.
