pretty shit run. wanted to do more like 8, but simply lacked energy in the legs. suppose that such things are to be expected after 5 fast at arc along with cross training two days in a row. surprised at pace... thought i was much slower than that, but there were numerous stops which likely contributed. likely won't run tomorrow, give legs a deserved rest. would like this to be put down as a quality, if lacking in mileage week- apart from a blister on inside of right foot, no real pains and plenty of fast, quality of miles. would like to hit 35 next week if possible.
