with joe. met at 5th and green, stretched awhile. went east on green, down race to delaware. came back up through campus and the quad. felt pretty relaxed and somewhat smooth for once. could be the weather and maybe even the companionship? haven't run with someone in champaign in ages. no real knee troubles. could be the lots of stretching, but ibuprofen around noon likely helped. good step in right direction...
