great run. al came with on bike. basically the same route as sunday's run. rain made the breathing wonderfully easy, day off yesterday and fresh legs made running quick feel easy. rounding into shape a wee bit. felt that maybe pace was sub 7, but certainly pleased. again, didn't push too hard and stayed aerobic. just felt generally good. could've done another couple miles at a similar pace i feel. despite not much mileage, felt strong.
